Frequently asked questions
What is the reservation deposit?
It is a $15 AUD deposit that reserves your Super Early Bird price of $219 AUD for the HIYD launch on Kickstarter. It is not a pre-order and it is not credited toward your pledge. It is what unlocks the lowest price we will offer.
When can I get my product?
HIYD launches on Kickstarter in November 2026. You claim your $219 AUD price during the campaign, and delivery follows the timeline published on the campaign page.
How do I claim my discount?
We email you a private link when the campaign opens. Open it while logged in to Kickstarter, on desktop or mobile web, and your $219 AUD tier will be visible. The link works only while the campaign is running, so claim it before it closes.
How can I claim a refund?
Email us and we will refund the $15 AUD in full, no questions asked and no deadline. You can do this before the campaign, during it, or after.
