What are Hiyd Readings?
Health is personal. How much sleep, food, and exercise you need depends on your body and your goals. Readings are the signals Hiyd records across Rest, Move, and Fuel: how you slept, how a workout went, how a meal sat. They build the picture Coach Hiyd uses when you ask it a question.
How does the Hiyd tracker attach to my watch?
Our microsuction surface attaches to the bottom of any watch. It's adhesive-free, meaning you can put it on any watch without leaving a mark.
What about when I work out or sleep? I don't wear my watch then.
SoftBands, in soft-touch silicone, hold the sensor when the watch comes off. Moving it over takes a few seconds on the way from the office to the gym, and everything records to the same app.
When do orders start shipping?
First units ship in Q2 2027, and the pilot batch closes before production begins. Joining the waitlist places you at the front of the queue.
What else should I know about SoftBands?
The tracker has no screen and no notifications, so nothing interrupts a workout or a meeting. It sits low on the wrist, with no buttons to press by accident and nothing to knock against people or equipment.
