Frequently asked questions
What is the reservation deposit?
It is a AED 40 deposit that reserves your Super Early Bird price of AED 549 for the HIYD launch on Kickstarter. It is not a pre-order and it is not credited toward your pledge. It is what unlocks the lowest price we will offer.
When can I get my product?
HIYD launches on Kickstarter in November 2026. You claim your AED 549 price during the campaign, and delivery follows the timeline published on the campaign page.
How do I claim my discount?
We email you a private link when the campaign opens. Open it while logged in to Kickstarter, on desktop or mobile web, and your AED 549 tier will be visible. The link works only while the campaign is running, so claim it before it closes.
How can I claim a refund?
Email us and we will refund the AED 40 in full, no questions asked and no deadline. You can do this before the campaign, during it, or after.
