When can I get my product?
HIYD launches on Kickstarter in November 2026. You claim your HK$1,179 price during the campaign, and delivery follows the timeline published on the campaign page.
How do I claim my discount?
We email you a private link when the campaign opens. Open it while logged in to Kickstarter, on desktop or mobile web, and your HK$1,179 tier will be visible. The link works only while the campaign is running, so claim it before it closes.
How can I claim a refund?
Email us and we will refund the HK$80 in full, no questions asked and no deadline. You can do this before the campaign, during it, or after.
